Peter Anderson is a lecturer at the Collins School of Hospitality Management. His background of consulting to the hospitality and spa industry for the last 20 years positions him to support the lodging disciplines taught at the Collins College. Mr. Anderson also sits on the board of advisors for the Medical Spa Management program taught at the University of California - Irvine. He teaches spa operations and spa development/finance in this extension program.
Mr. Anderson’s teaching and consulting has included engagements throughout North America, Mexico, Caribbean, and Hawaii. Positions that Peter has held in industry include president and principal of Anderson and Associates, Vice President at PKF Consulting, and manger of Deloitte & Touche’s LLC’s Los Angeles based hospitality consulting practice. Mr. Anderson started his career as a consultant with Laventhol and Horwath.
